FTC already 3-0 up with two by Grbic

Spendid strike by Stolle to make it 4-1 just before 4 mins played

Malestein scores against her Dutch team mate with a penalty

Neagu reduces the arrears to 5-3

But Grbic deftly defies the defense to make it 6-3

Marton run across the whole itch to score number 7 to the delirium of local fans

Grbic steals the show with a sublime fourth to make it  9-4 with ten mins played

After a Wester Save Neagu misses her shooting from range

Stoll pulls the trigger for a 10-6 lead after 13 mins and another one a minute later.

After 15 mins its 11-7

Arnetzen with a sublime Schwenker reduces the scoreline to 11-8

 

Another top corner goal by Stolle so change in keeper at CSM

Even Julia in the wing scores but its 13-9 on 19 mins with Ms Dembele scoring a fine goal

Omoregie finds holes in the Hungarian defence

Great save by Hungarian keeper on 21 minutes but Siraba manages to drop the ball over her

Despite one lady down FTC manages to score a quick wing goal

Error by the CSM keeper on an easy shot makes the fans chuckle!

Great play and Annett line play makes it 17-14 with 4 mins left

Blanka Biro read the strike and Szandra punishes CSM with a goal in a flash 19-15 with just over min left

20-16 = half time a lot of goals and a lot to ponder on both sides 71% and 59% shooting conversion respectively !

Carmen martin missed a wing attempt with her wrist over the post so scoreline still 20-17

Malestein on penalty duty again to make it number 21 for FTC

 

Surprisingly C Neagu missed a penalty by a country mile

CSM changed their defensive shape but still the same result and its 22-18 as C Neagu found the lower end with a deft strike after 35 mins

Omoregie has a 100% stat and its 22-19 but Greta Marton quickly fired into the opposite net to keep the 4-goal advantage

Grbric and Broch respectively scored serendipitous goals so its 24-21 on 38 minutes

But Oneregie gets her first suspension and Malenstein converts the penalty 26-22 on 40 mins

Carmen scores a beauty to make it 26-23 on 42 mins after a team time out

And a second one controversial as the ball went in but she could have had her feet inside as well

An opportunity to be back to minus 1 and Bolk gets a suspension

Great save by Biro on a Neagu penalty so it remains 26-24

But Szandra scores number 27 for her team after a 5-min collective drought

Onoregie again perforates and gets a penalty but BIRO THE HERO saves again despite change in player so still 27-26 on 48.30 minutes

Huge strike by Bolk top corner to give a 2-goal cushion 28-26

C Neagu missed an easy shot. RTC makes the most of the numerical advantage its now 29-26 within the last ten minutes.

Empty goal strategy as Bolk boldly tried to score the same one but not with the same result.

Strange penalty decision and Carmen does score to make it 29-27 on 53.43 minutes

Deft Emily Bolk scores a number 30 for her team

Malin Larsen scores a vital wing goal to make it 30-28 with 4.30 min left

Malenstein just missed her first penalty as the CSM keeper Davidsen grows in confidence

 

What a big miss by C Neagu to reduce it back to one with 3 mins left on the clock.

But then display of class from her to make it back to one with a scintillating strike !

 

C Neagu draws it level and then with two seconds left FTC Grbic the hero swings it back to a win.

Brest - Budcnost

Maslova reduces the arrears with Brest having a 3-2 lead

Toublanc in the counter for a 5-3 lead

 

And another one to Alicia 6-3 after 10 mins.

Play being stopped. Maslova shouts out of pain! Shoulder injury by the look of things

Both teams with six players and the scoreline now 7-5 after 12.30 mins.

 Toft made two brilliant saves in a row 

Beautiful Bulatovic goal to make it a one goal game 7-6 after 15 mins or so

Pavicevic draws it level at 7 with 16.30 mins played.

Bulatovic on the counter brings the away team into the lead 7-8 a minute later.

Niakate on the counter makes it 9-8 on 20 minutes.

Ilda Tepic equalises circa on 22 minutes with a fine goal having left the defense stranded.

Alicia converts a penalty to give Brest a tiny lead

Fauske strong shooting adds to the lead 11-9 on 23.30 minutes

Erroneous empty goal strategy and Budcnost gets to equalise on 25 mins 11-11

Unlucky miss on the wing by Brest with just over three minutes left in the first half.

And now Budcnost leads but not for long as Coaitena equalises deftly 12-12 on 27.40 mins

And no more goals at this point in time.

 Babovic made an important save right at the death

On the counter Sandra Toft saved majestically as the 2^nd half restarted

Two penalties converted, one by each team

Five minutes into the 2^nd half and Alicia deft lob makes it 16-15 to Brest

But a 2-min suspension. Follows a converted penalty gets Budcnost the draw at 16-16

An obvious penalty brings the lead back Brest way and Alicia scores.

A lot of penalties in these strange first ten minutes in a second half 18-17 for Brest

Controversial second two minutes to Tonje

Romane scores a beautiful shot in the top corner 20-18 with 15 mins left on the clock

Fauske is emulated twice and now it’s a 4-goal advantage to Brest.

 Haste is the worst enemy sometimes. A missed opportunity.

Romane on a feeble defense makes it 23-18 on 49 mins.

 One technical mistake and the goal deficit reduces to 23-20 on 50’40 mins

A penalty saved and the hesitant lead continues all the more as Ms Kepic scores again.

An offensive foul badly timed. Six minutes left. Great defense and Coatena on the counter and its 24-21 with just over 5 mins left.

Constance scores perhaps a vital number 25 !

Three minutes left !

Great save by Toft after an attempt on the wing. And an even bigger one on a penalty near the end.

And a 25-21 win in the end ! Congratulations to Brest !
