Historiquement un match bouillant et intense les USAM - CHAMBERY ou CHAMBERY - USAM Par chance l'Eurostar fut a l'heure ou presque, je m'etais eclipse pour sortir vite apres avoir discute avec une dame allemande qui vit pres de Cologne. Apres un start pour 2am depuis Londres, heureusement le train put etre pris en Gare de Lyon! Grand soleil sur Paris mais le soleil perdit des couleurs dans le Morvan et le nord de Lyon. Dans quelques heures nous y sommes a Nemausus pour un long week-end en raison du match! Une pensee pour Marie-Laure, Dominique, Philippe et Lauren, Elise et Sylvain etc.  On y verra Laurent Theophile et peut-etre Stephane ! Got a very interesting task to do and then time flew so a bit late on watching and following the Men European League Round 2 qualifying this Tuesday. Not all the games can be watched but the live ticker to the rescue. Almost. Belenenses -  Aguas Santas Milaneza 20-23  Belenenses reduced the deficit in a tenacious second half to make it a more compelling game in a couple of days. Irun  - Kolstad  Nordic flair making it difficult for Bidasoa. Aupa Irunea works as a small goal difference is growing early in the second half.  Surely not the same refs as FTC ladies at home? Perhaps? Bergerud in goal is having more luck. And it is getting really tight as we get near the money time. Even drawing at 25 . Aupa Irunea is no longer working ! Ah ha miles away at times notably when French teams were involved !  But some Women Champions League predictions were very close ! FTC - Brest Bretagne      20-21    (prediction was 32 - 26)   Watched the game and 12-goal Jaukovic and Cleo silenced FTC Banik - Krim  29 - 42  (prediction was 22 - 29)   Clearly Krim on an easy ride but did not expect such a gap and so many goals obviously. Lokomotiva  Zagreb - Buducnost   24-25  (prediction was 28 - 29)  At least got the winner and goal difference right ! Gyori - Metz    24-28  (prediction was 40 - 26)  [Started watching the match and suprised how Gyori were weak and how the French team made Gyori look so ordinary. THAT WAS SO UNPREDICTABLE but miles away] Vipers - Odense   34-27  (prediction was 32 - 28) Vipers recruited well and are hot favourites again this season. NIMES SAINT RAPHAEL 23 September 2022 7pm  LNH France DAY THREE Francoise taking some pics for us but only a limited number of pics as in excess of 800 GBP return well above my budget ! Will it be as stressful as Dunkerque? IT bug near the end almost. Usual standard?  Having finished later than usu al on a Friday, started watching as we were coming back. Because we had a bit of slip midway through the first half. Mathieu Salou not so good so far this season; My MOM is Demaille but Mo SANAD always delivers almost a 100% record but that is helped by his taking a lot of 7-meter throws. MR RELIABLE. Spanish Armada was hot outscoring then stalled. Vincent Gerard had a good spell but then Michael Robin did the business late on. Many more goals in the 2nd half. And fortunately the 10-goal advantage with just under 10 mins to go was enough to secure a win. Once upon a time a time out a good idea…not in the short term oops 0-5 conceded and no goal for last 6 mins. Brings back old

J'etais pret, la devant les portiques de la gare de St Pancras International, pour partir vers Lille puis Dunkerque mais comment revenir sur Lille sans moyen commode de locomotion. Et puis le tarif prohibitif de ce voyage n'atteint pas le montant honteux de vendredi prochain lesquels m'obligent aussi a m'abstenir. Le match etait stressant mais l'ambiance devait etre sympa. Le match etant sur Bein je ne pouvais le voir sur handball tv laquelle n'est meme pas completement disponible sans payer. Toujours et encore payer.  Hesham et JJA ont mis la moitie de nos buts. Quelle aubaine !  Une victoire utile pour remonter avant la fin de Day 2 du championnat !
